Halal Sausage and Potato Bake with Ranch and Cheese

  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and ranch seasoning until well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in a baking dish and arrange the Halal sausages on top.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
