- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken breasts in olive oil, then dip in the breadcrumb mixture.
