HIGH PROTEIN BROWNIE BARK RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine the black beans, eggs, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
