- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the spinach until wilted.
