High-Protein Breakfast Burrito

A delicious and nutritious high-protein breakfast burrito recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the spinach until wilted.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and pour into the skillet. Scramble until cooked through.
  4. Add the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese to the eggs, and mix well.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas in another skillet.
  6. Divide the egg mixture among the tortillas, wrap them up, and serve warm.
