- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, ground beef, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce in the dish. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top layer.
