  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roast the hazelnuts on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Remove the skins from the hazelnuts.
  4. Blend the hazelnuts in a food processor until smooth.
  5. Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and blend until fully combined.
  6. Store the Nutella in a jar in the fridge.
