  • 1 cup sliced turkey bacon

  • 1/2 cup bamboo shoots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with water
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions
