- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
- In a blender, combine the cooked beet, mixed berries, almond butter, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice if using.
