- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer three noodles over the sauce, then add half of the cottage cheese mixture, half of the turkey bacon, and more marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and remaining marinara sauce on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
