  2. In another bowl, combine the sourdough starter, water, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  3. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough begins to form.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 2 hours.
