- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
