Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add vanilla and eggs to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and walnuts.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are slightly set.
  9. Allow cooling on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
