  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the diced chicken with cornstarch until coated.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken, cooking until golden brown.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken, bringing it to a simmer until the sauce thickens.
