Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower and broccoli.
  3. In another bowl, mix cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
  4. Combine vegetables with the cheese mixture.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with additional cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For a crispy top, broil for the last 5 minutes.
  • Feel free to add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
