Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

A deliciously creamy and savory dish that combines the classic flavors of a cheeseburger with the comforting texture of pasta.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
