- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the prepared bell peppers and place them upright in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.

- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the stuffing mixture.
