  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the chopped pecans and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
