- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin and fill each liner about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
