  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and matcha powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin and fill each liner about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
