  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread refried beans on each tostada shell.
  3. Top with shredded rotisserie chicken.
  4. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
