  • 200 grams pasta of choice
  • 2 leeks, sliced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Add the sliced leeks and sauté until soft.
  5. Stir in the peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Mix in the miso paste until well combined.
  7. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing it with the leek and bacon mixture.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
