1 pre-made sugar cookie dough
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup apricot preserves
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a pizza pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Allow the cookie crust to cool completely.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
