  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
