Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies and press them into a muffin tin to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the cookie crusts.
