- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 8 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
