  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk

  • 6 cups cubed bread
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
