  • 2 celery stalks, diced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the ditalini pasta and cook according to package instructions.
