Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and place a spoonful of the pecan mixture on each roll.
  4. Roll up the crescent rolls starting from the wider end.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
