  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet, then add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
