- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until softened.
