  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, sugar, and salt.
  3. Mix in the egg yolk and cold water until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles to fit a tart pan.
  5. In another bowl, mix the sliced apples with cinnamon, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
  6. Fill each tart shell with the apple mixture.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
