- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes and sliced sausage.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil and place a portion of the potato and sausage mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture and seal tightly.
- Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooked, carefully open the foil packet, being cautious of the steam.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
