  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 ounces chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onions and tomatoes until soft.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper, then pour into the skillet with onions and tomatoes, scrambling until cooked through.
