  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, protein powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and crushed walnuts.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Coat the truffles with additional crushed walnuts or cocoa powder if desired.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
