Protein-Packed Omelette

A delicious and nutritious protein-packed omelette loaded with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then chop.
  3. Add chopped chicken ham, bell pepper, and onion to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook over medium heat.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook until the eggs are set.
  6. Fold the omelette over and cook for an additional minute before serving.
