Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, blend the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  6. Spoon dollops of cream cheese filling over the batter, then pour remaining batter on top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
