  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
  2. Gradually add in the milk, stirring to combine until smooth.
  3. Mix in the melted butter and salt.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter, swirling to cover the bottom of the pan.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Remove from the skillet and fill with chopped turkey bacon and cheese. Fold and serve.
