  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and sesame oil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill or oven to medium heat.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
