8 ounces pasta of your choice
1 cup pesto sauce
2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and flake into pieces.
In the same skillet, add pesto sauce and cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
Add flaked salmon and gently mix.
Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a splash of cream to the pesto sauce.
