  • 300 grams mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, and calamari)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup fish stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  4. Add the mixed seafood and cook until they turn opaque.
