  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add garlic and ginger.
