Sausage and Pepper Pasta

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the Italian sausage to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and cooked pasta. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
