Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage links in a skillet until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
  3. Place a cooked sausage link at one end of each flattened slice of bread, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
