A quick and easy recipe for sesame noodles, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti or noodles
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti or noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss until well combined.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • This recipe can easily be doubled for larger gatherings.
