- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, toss the baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them out in a single layer.
- Bake potatoes for 15 minutes.
- Add the broccoli to the pan, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Make space for the salmon fillets and place them on the sheet pan. Top with lemon slices.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
