  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken, turkey bacon, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, pepper, and chicken broth.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, transfer mixture to a pie dish.
  5. Cover with pie crust and make slits for steam to escape.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown.
