- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
