  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
