Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat chicken drumsticks with the mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
  4. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until they are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispy skin, broil the drumsticks for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
