Spicy Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

A deliciously spicy appetizer combining cream cheese, sausage, and Rotel for a flavorful treat.

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sausage, Rotel, shredded cheese, and turkey bacon.
  3. Stir in the biscuit mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
