- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chopped spinach and artichokes to the mixture and stir until incorporated.
- In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and spread the mixture on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
