  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup prosciutto, diced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as Gruyère or cheddar)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Cut the croissants into small pieces and add them to the egg mixture.
  4. Fold in the spinach and prosciutto, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
